Today, i am aware that i am dancing...moving...full of energy and a feeling of being very much alive...very much in the moment. Today, I am aware that I am dancing with my connections...with my dreams...with my heart. Today, I am aware that I am dancing...looking to move...to tend...to create...to care for and to be cared for. Today, I am aware that I am dancing in the warmth...in gracefulness...in gratitude...in strength...in comfort. Today I celebrate my dance.

actually i firmly believe that the actual act of dancing releases stress from the body and the soul, if something has helped me a lot is dancing so let's get our red shoes and dance, LOL
p.s. how are you? i have been busy and yes please know that i did some dancing in a prom night and had tons of fun, LOL
