Today, I am aware of my growing heart. How when I give of my heart with a positive intention, with the gift of words, gifts of hand held love, or gifts of deeds...it is the feeling that is behind my actions that matters the most. These feelings are transmitted to the receiver with all the emotions that come directly from my heart. Today, I am aware that by giving of myself to others my heart grows and allows me to be blessed in return.
