Today, I am aware of tranquility....of having a lazy day feeling of resting...or enjoying some leisure time...of relaxing....A signal from my soul that I have been working to hard...not taking time for myself...allowing myself to worry to much....So, today, I energize in tranquility....I set aside work...enjoy...bask...in the love and gratitude of those whom I love...and who love me...
Today, I refresh myself.
