Today, I am aware of how much gladness fills my heart...it is deep within my soul. This gladness is allowing me to be content with the moment...focused on the day...feeling the joy that surrounds me...and the tranquility that allows me to carry it with me. This gladness that fills my heart brings forth a flight of creativity...both written and visual...a sense of flight...a sense of awakening...a sense of peace. Today, I am aware of the gladness coming straight from my heart..and knowing that it carries me on its wings to all that is before me.
