awareness.
Today, I am aware...aware of ME...aware of my thoughts....aware of my feelings...aware of my movements. Today, I am aware to be mindful of listening to ME...To connect with my breathing...To be calm with myself...To allow any stress or negative thought to fall away and to be aware to just be in the moment of NOW. Today, I am aware of ME...and I honor all of my feelings...all of my growth...all of my happiness...all of my smiles.

Pattie, this is so apropos. Looking toward happiness...toward what can i be aware of.
I was just thinking on the line of (didn't use these exact words tho):"What do I need to be aware of to move closer to my happiness?"
Because I've noticed a slump...and the NOW thing, that's the biggest...your post is pulling me into more reflection.
