Today, I am aware to trust...to trust all that shines within me. To trust that I am headed in the direction of my dreams and be grateful for that. Today, I am aware to be focused...right here in the moment. The moment of my desires...my creativity...my love. Today, I am aware to be focused...to keep my eye on the flame that is burning brightly around me. To focus on all that needs and wants and possibilities that are being exposed. Today, I am aware of how much gladness fills my heart...it is deep within my soul. This gladness is allowing me to be content with the moment...focused on the day...feeling the joy that surrounds me...and the tranquility that allows me to carry it with me. This gladness that fills my heart brings forth a flight of creativity...both written and visual...a sense of flight...a sense of awakening...a sense of peace. Reflective...A reflection

opening up...

Today, I am being aware to be reflective. I am aware that if I remember to take the time to find my clarity...to look for my peace...I can reflect on what my heart is saying to me. I can be aware of my day more...my emotions more...my dreams more. As I reflect on this day...and on this week I am aware of all the love that surrounds me...I am aware of the bliss that I experience every day...I am aware of believing in all of my dreams...And even if my thoughts should go upside down I am aware that if I continue to truly be reflective...If I keep my eye on my heart I am able to smile ... Smile deep...and smile openly without any doubts. Today, I am aware to be reflective.

Today I am aware of motion. I am reminded not to look outside for what is real, but to look within. I am aware to not get caught in the undercurrent of my motion that causes me to be judgemental...that carries ideas that are good/bad...proper/improper...forgiveable
unforgiveable...moral/immoral. I am aware today to move forward...to flow with the motion that comes from within...To listen closely to my deepest truths...to listen from within. For within this motion I am aware that if I listen with conviction to my heart I can break away from old patterns and live with the happiness of the motion that carries me closer to my dreams.

Today, I am aware of loving the possibilities that are budding before me...and although at times these buds appear to be different in color, different in shape, different in placement...they are very much the same and grow with the warmth of each new day. Today, I am aware of loving...and that the more relaxed I am the better I am able to believe and be in tune with the growth and the new buds that surround me and this natural state of happiness. I am going to visit some VERY dear friends for a few days...So even though I will be doing my affirmations every day, I may not have the opportunity to post them....But I will get them up as soon as I come home! Today, I am aware of a common ground...Aware that once you allow yourself to expose and share who you really are and how you really feel there is no truer bond...no greater common ground that that! As I reflect on this very good week those bonds have been my lessons. I am aware to honor both the light and the shadow side of myself in order to reveal all of who I am...I am aware to breathe in the completeness of the awareness that comes from within in order to flourish and grow. I am aware of the energy that I feel and the awakening that it allows me. And all the happiness and joy in my life. I am aware of the devotion that I feel by expressing myself which allows me to be reinforced and reassured that my dreams are within reach.
