This is a page from my 2006 affirmation journal...this is how they started...I would start most entries with either THIS IS...TODAY IS A DAY OF...or I AM....all bringing me to the beginning of centering myself to listen to my messages...I have been using the heart with wings in my artwork for many years...I have done them all sorts of ways...so my guess would be that the visual for this page came first and the writing came second...Artfully Yours,
