Today, I am aware of gestures...gestures of love. By expressing them...with care...with feelings and with actions. (It could be by giving an unexpected gift...by listening...by supporting...with a phone call...with a note...a card...a word...a visit.) Today, I am aware of gestures that come from the heart...for no reason but to express in some way how I feel. Allowing me to be helpful...appreciative...loving...generous and verbally expressive. Today, I am aware of gestures and I am aware that if I touch someones' soul today, I can change not only myself but hopefully another. By translating my feeling with my time...with my efforts...with my actions I will delight my heart today. So, this post is for all who come to visit here...this post is for all those that I hold close to my heart and share with...this post is to thank you for all that you do for me when you share with me...when you give me the unexpected gift of YOU. This post is my gesture....

I'm going into The city" today for some shopping. This always gives me a chance to have a positive interaction with someone who appears to be a bit down, distracted, or aloof.
